Frances is an Enrolled Agent and an Accredited Tax Advisor. Her renowned expertise in
taxation is the product of a professional career spanning more than 25 years. She is an active
member in the National Association of Enrolled Agents and the National Society of Public
Accountants. Providing a range of client services such as accounting and bookkeeping, her
reputation has been primarily built on her mastery of taxation, both in tax planning and in the
preparation of tax returns for individuals, corporations, partnerships, non-profits, trusts and
estates. Frances' expertise and ability to effectively communicate taxation principles to taxpayers
led to her teaching taxation courses at local community colleges for three years. Although based
in Florida, Frances prepares tax returns from virtually every other state in addition to all federal
forms. Due to the transitional nature of Florida's population, these "out-of-state" returns are very
common and have become an important part of Mrs. Colley's services.
As an Enrolled Agent for more than 20 years, Frances is able to practice before the IRS. In
practical terms, this means she may represent her clients in any dispute with the IRS concerning

located here in Florida as well as out-of-state corporations from as far away as Wisconsin. She
provides financial statements, account reconciliations, payroll services, filing requirements such as
sales tax and payroll tax, and many others. She also offers her clients tax planning and business
consulting services.
